520			_aIS an old oilmill heritage? A few years ago, on one of our heritage walks, we meandered with an enthusiastic group through the neighbourhood of Ulsoor in Bengaluru and happened upon a poky little oilmill. This was not an upmarket oil press that sells cold-pressed oils to health conscious people. This was a place where people from the surrounding neighbourhood walked in every month or so with cloth bags full of dried coconuts and other oilseeds and walked out with freshly pressed oil.
