The paper proposes that CCTNS can be leveraged to bring about a paradigm shift from process-centric functioning to victim-centric functioning and from reactive response to pro-active response by police in such cases. The proposed roadmap involves stepping into the shoes of a victim, leveraging technology and collaboration with other stakeholders including the women and girls navigating a city.
