520			_aJustice delivery system can be said to function satisfactorily when it renders speedy, fair and efficient justice at a reasonable and affordable cost, ensuring the rule of law, securing human rights and helps in achieving good governance. In the contemporary times, the justice delivery system is also undergoing plethora of changes and one of them most peculiar change is the adoption of the digital tools for insuring swift and effective judicial administration. This paper analyses the contemporary changes brought in the mechanism of justice delivery system and whether it has been a boon or a bane to the litigants.
