Handwriting analysis has been used as a crucial forensic tool to establish authorship, confirm signatures, or connect suspects to crime locations. However, there have been concerns and disagreements regarding the accuracy and dependability of handwriting analysis as admissible evidence in Indian courts. This study thoroughly analyzes the conclusions about handwriting analysis in Indian legal processes. The main objective is to assess handwriting analysis’s applicability, dependability, and significance in the Indian legal system.
