Primarily, employee engagement plays a vital role in organizational performance. Therefore, this study was conducted to demonstrate how employee engagement mediates the relationship among job involvement and job satisfaction as independent variables and organizational commitment as the dependent variable. For this study, data was collected through a structured questionnaire, and 225 samples were taken. A simple random sampling method was used to collect the data, and the partial least square (PLS) method was used to analyze the data. In the study, job involvement and job satisfaction were considered to be antecedents, employee engagement was considered a mediating variable and organizational commitment was considered an outcome. It is suggested that job involvement and job satisfaction are significantly related to employee engagement. The study also revealed that job involvement and job satisfaction positively influence organizational commitment. Employee engagement was found to partially mediate the relationship between job involvement and organizational commitment, while it did not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
