The study also examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the effect of psychological ownership on organizational commitment. Using a data set of 255 Vietnamese millennial employees, the partial least squares-structural equation model results indicated that millennial employees had a positive perception of psychological ownership and organizational commitment during this crisis. The impact of psychological ownership on organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction is demonstrated.
