520 _a Online payments are a gateway for promoting cashless economy by facilitating technological environment through various platforms like Gpay, PayTm, PhonePe, internet banking etc. Demonetisation and COVID-19 has acted as catalyst in promoting online payments. This study is an attempt to measure the awareness levels of respondents towards online payments against their demographic profile.
