520 _aIn the era of globalisation, the integration of global competencies in education is crucial. This paper provides a practitioner’s perspective on innovative practices and experiential learning strategies that enhance these competencies. Drawing on case studies and interviews with educators, it highlights the impact of project-based learning, cross-cultural exchanges, and emerging technologies. The findings suggest that these approaches significantly improve students’ global awareness, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding.
