The findings highlight how such collaborations can enhance community resilience and improve public health response strategies. Ultimately, this research aims to provide insights for future crisis preparedness, advocating for the sustained involvement of Residents' Associations in public health initiatives. The lessons drawn from their experiences during the pandemic underscore the necessity of fostering strong community engagement in times of crisis to ensure effective management and support.
