Through a review of literature and analysis of secondary data, the study investigates AI’s impact on teacher autonomy, equity, professional development, and emotional intelligence. Findings highlight AI’s capacity to support diverse learners, improve teacher-student relationships, and enhance pedagogical practices, but challenges such as access, bias, and teacher training remain.
