520 _aThe present research aims to understand the moderating effect of workplace spirituality and individual spirituality on the relationship of job satisfaction and job-related stress. About 345 bank employees working in India participated in research. The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modelling by applying the bootstrapping technique. Findings revealed that spirituality moderates the relationship between job-related stress and job satisfaction in a positive way. Employees, employers and policymakers can benefit from the results, which provide empirical evidence of the effect of workplace spirituality and individual spirituality in mitigating the effects of job-related stress on job satisfaction.- Reproduced https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/02560909251348718
