520 _aIn recent years there has been increasing concern over the use of the internet and other communications technologies to groom children for abuse. The government responded to this pressure by creating an advisory group. The Home Secretary's Internet Task Force on Child Protection, which proposed new legislation, eventually enacted as s. 15 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
