520 _aIn the ongoing globalising, privatising and liberalising times, it is usually expected that collective bargaining agreements may amount to concession and/or composite bargaining. In light of this expectation, this paper examines the recent changes in the collective agreements in one fully public enterprise namely Indian Oil Corporation, and in one joint venture unit tending to become a multinational subsidiary, namely Maruti Udyog Ltd. in order to draw the implications for the future of collective bargaining and industrial relations in India. - Reproduced.
