520			_aPublic private partnership (PPP) in the all round development of India has been widely recognised and gaining ground in the recent past. As the public sector alone cannot meet the growing challenges of fast development by making huge investments in a variety of development fields and provide economic and efficient delivery of quality goods and services to the community, therefore, the need of PPP has emerged and felt.
