The epidemic has caused havoc on people’s relationships and workplaces all around the world. Business models are changing, and employees must pull up their socks and improve their skills to avoid being let off. Companies will employ graduates who are adaptable, tech-savvy and can solve problems creatively in the future. Many companies had to cancel summer internship initiatives due to the outbreak. This is also shifted to the online mode. The pandemic gave them opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial and risk-management skills, and building creative solutions to deal with the Pandemic. Ironically, as the Business world becomes more digitally-enhanced. Over the last two decades in the US, there has been a noteworthy value migration from physical to digital. – Reproduced
