Integrating global competencies in education: A practitioner’s perspective - Indian Journal of Training and Development - 53(1-4), Jan-Dec, 2023: p.45-53

In the era of globalisation, the integration of global competencies in education is crucial. This paper provides a practitioner’s perspective on innovative practices and experiential learning strategies that enhance these competencies. Drawing on case studies and interviews with educators, it highlights the impact of project-based learning, cross-cultural exchanges, and emerging technologies. The findings suggest that these approaches significantly improve students’ global awareness, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding. The paper concludes with recommendations for educators to adopt and adapt these practices in their own contexts. – Reproduced
