Author has identified three key subjects on management of change in the organisations. These are: the process of planned change: resistance to change; and possible measures to overcome the resistance to change. As in every organisation change is essentially a continual process, author has advised a gradual and step by step changes which are less distrubing than radical, sweeping and unpredicated changes
