Arguing further that the rapid socio-economic, political, and bureaucratic developments taking place in developing countries in general and Jordan and UAE in particular, during the last four decades, have undoubtedly contributed to the rising levels of performance orientation of their bureaucratic institutions, he explicates implications and connotations of these findings. - Reproduced
