But just as human nature is far from perfect, those who make decisions are also far from perfect. This paper deals with fundamentals of decision-making in the context of political, social, economic and cultural environment and places a premium on improvement of decision-making technique in formulating, implementing and coordinating public policies. It also finally draws our attention to dangers to which we are likely to be led by some mal-practices in decision-making. - Reproduced
