Organizational commitment and professionalism of state civil apparatus to determine public satisfaction through good governance, public service quality and public empowerment

The result implied that there are significant and positive effects between organizational commitment toward good governance, professionalism toward public service quality, good governance and public service quality toward public empowerment and also public empowerment toward public satisfaction. The novelty of this research is involving the behavior of the State Civil Apparatus to drive public empowerment and public satisfaction. Besides that, this study implicates good governance and public quality service as mediation. – Reproduced
