Much of the stress at work place is because of work overload and time pressure but also by lack of rewards and praise, and more importantly, by not providing individuals with the autonomy to do their work as they would like. Organization must begin to mange people at work differently, trading them with respect and valuing their contribution. Present work comprised of 250 management personnel of health organization in Bhubaneswar city of Odisha measured in the various gatherings. A normalized poll is untallied in the current investigation for coping strategies of stress, assessing the techniques that people utile so as to defeat a distressing circumstance or occasion. The survey was first tried for legitimacy y and dependability which are discovere3d and acceptable. The aim of this study was to evaluate research relating to the effects of coping strategies and resilience on the level of workplace stress. – Reproduced
