Leading style of leader and workers’ professional attitude n the tertiary sector

Twenty fie picked out leaders and one hundred and Twenty–five subordinates of the leaders have been considered as the sample for the current study. Therefore, the total sample swine of the study is one hundred fifty. Each leader’s leading style was assessed applying leadership behavior questionnaire to every subordinate of the respective leaders. In addition, the workers, professional attitude is determined from the workers’ feedback questionnaire. The result of the present paper seems to propose that in tertiary sector, workers are most willing to continue and show positive attitude towards their organization under charismatic leaders. However, works seem to reject the autocratic style of leadership, and show poor performance diner this kind of leadership.
