This study investigates the relationship between psychological ownership and organizational commitment of millennial employees working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study also examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the effect of psychological ownership on organizational commitment. Using a data set of 255 Vietnamese millennial employees, the partial least squares-structural equation model results indicated that millennial employees had a positive perception of psychological ownership and organizational commitment during this crisis. The impact of psychological ownership on organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction is demonstrated. This study serves as a scientific reference for operational and managerial decisions in organizations with millennial employees.- Reproduced
