One of the main elements of the state’s capitalism reforms is SOE reforms (Yelery, 2021). Even with SOE productivity below ideal levels, China’s rapid economic growth has persisted. The ‘Chinese Puzzle’ of the expansion is explained by SOEs. This study aims to explore China’s reform initiatives concerning SOEs, including their suggested course, efficacy and future goals.- Reproduced
