Currently, the legal framework, specifically in India, lacks clear judicial precedents, legislative measures, or intentional convents conventions that address AI’s role when in conflict with the law. Such absence of a clear legal structure many be a factor for complexity while deeming cases where AI systems, are involved. An urgent question arises: Whether there should be new laws regulating AI activities or if the existing legislation should be tweaked to be able to regulate this new form of technology. – Reproduced
