Indian Journal of Industrial RelationsSummary: The present paper makes an attempt to investigate the relationship between organisational climate and organisational success, which includes effectiveness (EFF), job satisfaction (JS), organisational commitment (OCMT) and intention to quit (IQ). The study is based on a sample of 200 middle level executives of 10 public and private sector organisations. The findings indicate that a combination of reward and participation, proficiency and responsibility is likely to increase the JS, EFF and OCMT. - Reproduced.
