Fit between MIS integration stgrategies and business acquisition strategies

In order to exemplify the fit between MIS integration strategy and business acquisition, a case study of business acquisition in East Asia is used. This business acquisition has an overall strategy of absorption, horizontal acquisition type of market extension, and acquisition goal of domain strengthening.
