As such, the present note underlines the issues, challenges and prospects of reforms in these institutions in Bihar, particularly, in the context of administrative mechanism, maintaining punctuality of academic sessions, quality of teaching and research students’ progression and support and academic environment of campus in universities/colleges. – Reproduced
