Two organizational case studies are contrasted against each other and the process of the assessment centres is mapped at the two organizations. The researchers found one of the organizations' assessment centers to be evolving to development center. The paper proposes a model, which looks at assessment centers as a bridge between Business strategy and Human Resource stretegy.
